Convert Documents via OCR
OCR allows users to convert scanned documents into editable common Microsoft® Office files (pptx, xlsx, docx) and searchable PDFs.
Sharp’s proprietary technologies give each of these MFPs quick warm-up and first copy times. A motion sensor—a first for a Sharp MFP—lets you use the machine without feeling like you have to wait. Thanks to their intuitive operation and superb usability, these MFPs simplify even the most complex work processes and help you finish document jobs fast.
Motion Sensor
A motion sensor detects approaching users and wakes the MFP from Sleep mode, making it ready for immediate operation.
Note: Detection range can be set to three different ranges.
